Blackout
When I got back home on sunday night, I found that the whole lobby of my apartment was blacked out. I was thinking "Not again!" - you know how much we've paid Hongkong Electric to keep the so-called 99.99% (or 99.999% I don't remember but must be either one) stability/continuity of supply!!

I'm very sure it's happened more than three times this year at my flat or in my office, with a sudden jump on the electricity supply, quick enough to keep your appliances running but slow enough for you to notice...

P.S. After I walked 17 floors up to reach home finally, I realised I forgot to ask the stupid watchman the following question, "What's the emergency generator doing?"
