Picasso's Parade in IFC Hong Kong
Gone to see the Picasso Painting after lunch - it's quite a detournement that the atrium of a mall is transformed to the stage to hang Picasso's stage canvas for a ballet.
In order to protect the delicate canvas, most skylights and curtain wall glazings are covered and leave only fade spotlights lighting up the entire space. It's a bit too dim to view the painting clearly, as security guards bar people far away. The multi-story atrium however mimic the original setting where the canvas was supposed to be a stage set in the theatre quite well - people could walk around in 3 different levels to view the painting, giving different experiences and angles of views.
I would say the whole experience/setting is more interesting than the painting itself - perhaps I'm not a sophisticated art-lover :P
