Dr Kathryn

BVetMed (Hons) MRCVS, CVA (IVAS), Grad Dip VCHM Cert

Kathryn grew up in Hong Kong and from an early age knew that she wanted to be a vet. She graduated with honors from the Royal Veterinary College in 2008, after which she spent three years working in an award winning small animal practice in Kent.

Kathryn enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine but has a blossoming interest in small animal imaging, veterinary acupuncture and herbal medicine. She holds a certification in Veterinary Acupuncture (International Veterinary Acupuncture Society) and Veterinary Chinese Herbal Medicine. Kathryn is also studying for a Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice at the Royal Veterinary College.

In her spare time she likes to go rock climbing, practice yoga and play majong. Three years ago Kathryn adopted a malnourished kitten ‘mui-mui’, found next to a rubbish bin. After lots of love and care, mui mui is starting to get chubby and is adapting well to Hong Kong’s lifestyle.
